Cast Iron Fitness is the culmination of 15 years of exercise and fitness experience. I have spent the majority of my life expanding my knowledge on the human body and understanding why it works the way it does. Constantly improving on technique and programming to create the most efficient and ideal training routines for both myself and all those I come into contact with. My training in the fitness business is vast, from Personal Trainer Certifications to my most recent Level 2 RKC Kettlebell Certification have all helped me develop my own methods in strength and conditioning for all fitness and athletic levels. The Education I received at Binghamton university in Biology as well as my Nuclear Medicine Technology studies at RIT has given me the anatomical and physiological base needed to truly understand what the body is doing. I strive to bring cutting edge and up to date training methods to my clients and also take pride in my ability to TEACH each person I come into contact with why I am having them do what it is they are doing. In the end Cast Iron Fitness is not just one piece of equipment or methodology it is a conglomerate of ideas that work.
